PART-TIME UP TO 30 HOURS WEEKLY   Starting Hourly Rate $18 - $20   The After School Adventures ("ASA") Director is responsible for implementing a faith-based after school program and overseeing all aspects of daily operations including staffing, training, scheduling, and budgeting to meet financial goals. The ideal candidate will be willing to work hand in hand in a team. While we are looking for people with past Chef and leadership experience, character is what matters the most to us. Do you love working with children and enjoy the outdoors? You may love working at Mount Hermon!   Experiential Educators facilitate educational outdoor science field trips for elementary aged students and lead a cohort of kids at our After School Adventures program all at our beautiful redwood camp facility. All our work uses God's creation and outdoor activity to encourage students to consider their relationship with God, friends and loved ones. You can expect to work 5 days per week alongside other like minded individuals and to be a part of a team that is passionate about sharing the love of Jesus with students. On a given day, you may teach a group of students about the local riparian ecosystem, facilitate our roped tree climbing activity, or participate in a game of hide and seek in the redwood forest.
