At least two years of high school.
- At least 6 months related experience.

- Must have excellent verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and be self-directed.
- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
- Ability to serve all customers and work alongside team members with a respectful, pleasant and courteous manner.
- Ability to learn how to prepare coffee and espresso beverages in a clean, sanitary, orderly manner.
- Ability to use a cash register and make accurate cash and credit transactions.
- Ability to take directions and complete tasks as assigned.
- Ability to take initiative to learn and improve.
